For data-heavy files like Text, HTML, or XML, we use standardized data clusters:

• Text/HTML/XML: 3,000 characters (excluding boilerplate tags) = 1 credit.
• Spreadsheets (Excel/CSV): 3,000 cells = 1 credit.

This ensures parity between a dense technical document and a massive raw data export.

Yes. You can toggle granular 'Intelligence Add-ons' to refine your output:

• Table Enrichment (+2 credit / table): Deep cell-level reasoning for complex data tables.
• Image & Chart Annotation (+1 credit / image): Object detection and descriptive labeling.

Example: If all add-ons are requested, a standard 10-page PPTX with 2 tables, 1 chart, and 3 formulas costs 10 + 4 + 1 + 1.5 = 17.5 credits.

Yes. Every processing feature, including VLM Extraction and Table Enrichment, is available on the Build (0€) plan, prepared for pay as you go. We want you to test our maximum accuracy before you scale.

The Build plan uses Sequential Processing (one file at a time) for development. The Scale plan unlocks Parallel Batch Processing, allowing you to run multiple jobs simultaneously for production-speed pipelines.
